Development of Corporate Risk Dashboards
Develop Corporate Risk dashboards to summarise and present ARTC's Enterprise Risk Management System.
The Corporate Risk dashboards enable users to assess and view risk at an enterprise, business unit, and team level. This will enable the client to instigate a culture of increased risk awareness and proactive management within the organisation. The Administrative dashboards enabled the client to undertake detailed internal reviews of the system usage and allowed for the targeting of efforts for data cleanup and user training. A Prototype dashboard was set up to tap into ARTC’s data lake infrastructure. This enables the client to access and leverage its much wider and richer datasets and develop meaningful risk indicators to present alongside the risk system data.
